Golf Clubs
Golf clubs have come a long way from the collection of old sticks pictured at right (and these golf clubs aren't even the oldest). Advances in technology have made all of todays golf clubs more forgiving for the new golfer, but also more precise for the seasoned professional. The relatively recent introduction of hybrid golf clubs has been the latest advancement.
Many players, especially the mid-to-high handicappers, have struggled for years with their long iron play. The hybrid golf clubs are a blend of iron and 'wood' design, enabling more golfers to master distances of 180, 190, and 200 yards.
In the coming weeks, we will be adding pages to discuss the basics of club design and manufacturing. In addition, we'll share our thoughts about the leading golf clubs and the pros/cons of each. This should help you in selecting the golf clubs that are right for your game — whether you're just starting out or breaking through to the single-digit handicap barrier.
